That’s why our pickup and delivery service is designed to be simple, reliable, and convenient from start to finish. Whether you’re a busy professional, a parent, or simply looking to save time, our team is here to make laundry day effortless.
1. Order Confirmation
After you schedule a pickup, you will receive a confirmation by text or phone call to verify that we have received your request. This extra step ensures clear communication and peace of mind, so you know your order is on our schedule.
2. Preparing Your Laundry
To make the process quick and easy, we ask that you place all laundry items into bags, baskets, plastic bags, or containers prior to pickup. Please ensure everything is ready at your scheduled pickup time so our team can collect your order efficiently.
3. Weighing & Pricing
Once your laundry has been picked up, it will be weighed to determine the cost. We will then contact you via text or phone call with the total price before any washing begins. This allows you to review and confirm the amount before payment is processed. Once payment is received, we will immediately begin working on your order.
4. Turnaround Time
We currently offer a 23–48 hour turnaround on most orders. As business fluctuates, turnaround times may occasionally vary; however, we are committed to communicating clearly and delivering your laundry back to you as promptly as possible.
5. Delivery
When your laundry is complete — washed, dried, and neatly folded — we will notify you that it is ready for delivery. At this stage, you may either:
Schedule a convenient delivery time, or
Provide instructions for drop-off (for example, on your porch, in a designated area, or with a concierge).
